Sport Ethics and Sport Administration Program
Welcome to our Sport Ethics Campaign!
For over 10 years, the Sport Ethics course in Sports Administration program has been hosting an end of semester debate for students. The students are broken down into teams and must publicly discuss and debate their projects at a reception in which their peers, faculty, alumni, friends, family, and distinguished guests witness.
The debates explore the hot topic of Sport Ethics, and also help to improve the students public speaking abilities, political acumen, and analytical skills. In the last few years, the debate has garnered attention from the alumni community and notable professionals in the sports industry, including the NFL. Additional funds would enhance the program by allowing for a high level speaker, would connect the online program to the other students, and would allow students to network with industry professionals after the debate, which was livestreamed last year.
